How do I add more schedulers/case managers to my network?
In your account select your profile.
As a care coordinator who schedules rides, this will be in the bottom left corner of the logged in experience; this tab should say Hi [your first name].
As an NEMT operator your profile is in the upper right corner of your screen. It will say Hi [your first name].
Select Settings under your profile
Under Profile/Settings you will see a section to add case managers to your team. If you are the account owner, you can add other administrators to help manage this account. Admins can create case manager accounts, but cannot add or modify other admin accounts.
