Select Settings and navigate to the Staff Settings
Observe that your staff will be listed in a wide table that shows all the opportunities by which an alert could fire, and how that would be delivered, either by text, in-app notification, or email.
Select the Edit icon (the pencil) to edit when and how you would like your team to be notified. One such notification is by email for rides scheduled for the next day.
