How do I see if a dispatcher is confirming an On-Demand ride or is responding to my request?
As a care provider login into your scheduling account
Navigate to the tab Scheduled and observe the chat icon in the lower right corner.
Select the chat icon and observe the conversations in progress, search for the passenger’s name in focus.
There will be one or two check marks under your sent messages. 1 check mark signifies that the message has been delivered correctly, two check marks signify that the message has been opened by someone from the NEMT company.
If you find the NEMT is still unresponsive, another option is to call the NEMT directly and have them confirm the ride.
