As an NEMT operator you will receive requests two ways. The day of, considered “On Demand” or more than one day in the future, considered “Next Day”.
If the ride is requested On Demand, then you will find an alert appear in your Live Chat tab.
Click on this alert, and respond to the Live Chat by selecting Start Chat.
Observe the ride details and the chat window. Here you can confirm the ride or suggest for it to be fulfilled at a different time.
If the ride is schedule Next Day, then these rides appear stacked in the Live Rides tab by that respective day.
You may assign rides directly to drivers from this view
If you want to view the rides in a Calendar view then you’ll be able to see the ride’s path across a map, and the total time commitment length of the size of the ‘chip’ on a calendar.
