How do I get a refund for a “Dry Ride”? This is where the driver completed a ride without a patient in the vehicle.
As a care provider login into your scheduling account
Navigate to the tab called History and search for the passenger’s name, medical ID, or the known ride ID.
Copy the passenger’s name, ride ID, and date of transport and send this to support@saferidehealth.com. In the subject, title the email with “DRY RIDE: Ride ID {Enter the Ride ID}”
A SafeRide support team member will respond to your email when this has been resolved.
