How do I get a refund for a “Dry Ride”? This is where the driver completed a ride without a patient in the vehicle.

• As a care provider login into your scheduling account
• Navigate to the tab called History and search for the passenger’s name, medical ID, or the known ride ID. 
• Copy the passenger’s name, ride ID, and date of transport and send this to [e-mail]. In the subject, title the email with “DRY RIDE: Ride ID {Enter the Ride ID}”
• A SafeRide support team member will respond to your email when this has been resolved.
