As a care provider login into your scheduling account
Navigate to the tab called History and search for the passenger’s name, medical ID, or the known ride ID.
Observe the driver’s name and NEMT company in the completed ride report. The NEMT company name and contact information will be in this report.
If this information is not listed then send an email to support@saferidehealth.com. In the subject line, title the email with “Lost Item: Ride ID {Enter the Ride ID}, and the lost item
In the body of the email describe the NEMT company name, Ride ID, date of transport and lost item. A team member will do their best to followup with that company, but due to the high volume of requests, we encourage you to contact the NEMT transportation provider directly.
